Chinese Medicine and Chronic Disease:
Classical Chinese medicine continues to be an extremely relevant clinical modality in modern times, in part because an increasing array of chronic disorders with auto-immune implications remain unrecognized, unexplained and unresolved by the parameters of western medicine. Heiner Fruehauf has shown the unique benefits and potential advantages of the Chinese medicine approach to patients and practitioners working with Lyme Disease, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Buy some at this link or, much cheaper, use the recipe here:

Beef Broth Recipe:
Ingredients: Beef bones, water to cover bones, 3 Tblsp vinegar, 2 bay leaves, salt not containing iodine, (I prefer the Redmond Company's "Real Salt"), and vegetables of choice like a head of garlic, 3 carrots, a big onion and a few celery stalks.
Directions: Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Add water until bones and veggies are all covered. Turn setting to high and let simmer for 48 hours. Pressurized crockpots take less time using less energy.
